HOYA keeps supporting the optical technology that has advanced highly in the age through our high-quality optical glass which is widely used for the optical elements in telescope, binoculars, lens shutter camera, interchangeable lens, office automation apparatus, video camera, digital camera, and cellular phone camera.
About this position
Responsibilities
âĒManage and Control Budgets.
âĒAssist in supplier quality management.
âĒDaily allocations Staff to meet both Qâty and Productivity Target.
âĒAssist in compliant investigations.
âĒAssist in process validation activities.
âĒTools and equipment and calibration control.
âĒOversee effective and documented for all above relevant process.
âĒTrain team leaders, supervisors, and team members in developing teamwork skills and team orientated activates in a positive working environment.
âĒTo be closely discuss with Mold and Button Production team, QA team and ME team once we found any problem which come from key process and help SCM purchase/QA supplier quality feedback to vender to improvement.
âĒTo ensure Qâty & Quality to meet all requirement.
âĒManage and Control activities of above area
Requirements
âĒMinimum 7 yearsâ experience in Manufacturing.
âĒMinimum 0-1 years of experience in Lens manufacturing.
âĒExperience in medical devices and ISO13485 is an advantage.
âĒProven leadership, accountability, Resilience & Flexible and team management skills.
âĒExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
âĒProficiency in production management software and tools.
âĒStrong communication and interpersonal skills. (Empathetic, Taking responsibility and Conflict resolution)
âĒGood teamwork, well understanding of production and cleanroom environment control.
âĒGood command in spoken and written English
