About this position

The HRBP (Chinese Speaking) position involves establishing strong partnerships with business departments, understanding HR needs, and supporting organizational development while ensuring effective communication and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth understanding of the business and establish a strong partnership with business departments, working closely together; responsible for building the talent pipeline within the department;
• Thoroughly understand the business and personnel development situation of the areas under responsibility, assess and clarify the HR needs for organizational and talent development;
• Provide support for organizational development by establishing mechanisms to assist in the organizational assurance of growing departments, including corporate culture, training, and other HR-related tasks;
• Empower business department managers, improve organizational management capabilities and efficiency, focus on integrating and developing key talents, and ensure continuous communication and feedback;
• Establish effective and diversified communication channels through proactive interaction with management and employees, ensuring smooth communication of information within the organization;
• Have a strong risk awareness and the ability to research, analyze, and address significant human resources issues in the company's management process, properly maintain labor relations and handle labor disputes.
• Other tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Humanities, Arts, Political Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HRBP or HR roles with a focus on talent management, employee relations, performance management, or organizational development;
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws;
• Fluent in Chinese and English;
• Good fundamental in computer literacy such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, with strong ability to handle pressure;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
