HR & Administrative Executive (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The HR & Administrative Executive (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and overseeing various administrative functions within the company.
Responsibilities
• Conduct full-cycle of recruitment such as posting and drafting job advertisement, sourcing suitable CV or resume, coordinating with business team to arrange the interview process, etc.;
• Prepare onboard documents and company’ assets for new employee;
• Arrange and execute onboarding training for new employee;
• Manage and control procurement process as well as tag and maintain company’ fixed assets;
• Manage company office, meeting rooms, vehicles;
• Prepare visa and work permit related documents;
• Other work deemed necessary or ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Arts, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or General Administration functions;
• Understanding of general human resources procedures and basic Thai labor laws;
• Fluent in Chinese and English;
• Good fundamental in computer literacy such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, with strong ability to handle pressure;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
