About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and plans in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to meet business needs.
• Establish and optimize systems for compensation, performance management, training, and development to enhance employee capabilities.
• Manage labor relations, resolve employee conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Promote organizational culture and enhance employee engagement and cohesion.
• Oversee administrative functions, including office environment management, vendor coordination, and logistical support.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with government entities to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations.
• Participate in core decision-making, providing HR and administrative support to achieve company goals.
• Report progress to headquarters regularly, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration.
• Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation to optimize organizational structure and resource allocation.
Requirements
• Can Communication in Chinese Language (Must).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of HR and administrative management experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in multinational companies or large organizations with regional branches is preferred.
• Experience in HR Manager filed at less 5 years.
