Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems of machinery to ensure compliance with local standards in Thailand.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and enhance reliability, particularly for electrical components.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and training to operational staff on the proper use and maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications made on electrical systems, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards, including those specific to electrical systems. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
• Education: A bachelor’s degree from Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field, particularly in machine maintenance and electrical system repair.
• Electrical Failure Analysis: Proven experience in electrical failure analysis, including root cause investigation and troubleshooting faults effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and circuit design, with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

• Certification: Electrical Certificate from Engineering Institute of Thailand (Council of Engineers).
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools, safety equipment, and maintenance software.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within an engineering team and across departments to achieve maintenance and operations.
