Lead Manufacturing Technician

We are currently seeking an Experience Manufacturing Technician to join our Advanced Materials business unit team in our Chonburi site. Your focus will be responsible for monitoring and managing man, machines, methods and materials in TIM production line.
Responsibilities
Supervising Team Members:
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and development.
• Monitor employee performance & PA discussion and address any issues.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Production Management:
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Monitor machines, equipment & instrument performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Escalate & highlight the issues in production line & provide the information and insight from shopfloor to team for problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Maintain & control the operator working following the standard work.
Quality Control:
• Monitor & control products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
Safety Compliance:
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Respond to safety incidents and accidents.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock.
• Minimize waste and optimize inventory utilization.
Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control, maintenance).
• Provide input on process improvements, cost reduction initiatives and kaizen.
• Other assignment from supervisor & manager.
Requirements
• High vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience in Production Line Leader from manufacturing environment is a must.
• Experience in Electronic manufacturing 3 - 5 years is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Basic English communication skill – both verbal and written.
