Responsibilities

• Overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Managing payroll processes and SSO registration.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Overseeing employee benefits programs.
• Managing employee records and data confidentiality.
• Conducting HR process audits for continuous improvement.
• Coordinating interviews and meetings across time zones.
• Ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Providing administrative assistance to the CEOs, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and other support tasks as needed.
• Acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Create manuals and internal documentation material for compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in a fintech or fast-paced technology company.
• Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Technical: Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
