About this position
Responsibilities
• Identify potential vendors of the responsible categories, pitch, and onboard the new vendors to expand product offerings.
• Plan and collaborate with vendors to drive sales and enhance performance.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns for vendors. Secure deals and promotions to boost vendor visibility and sales.
• Provide training and ongoing support for marketplace operations.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure product standards, and quality of services
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms.
• Experience in key account management, retail procurement, partnerships, or marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong in problem-solving, systematic and logical thinking, negotiation, collaboration, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for sales performance monitoring and reporting, as well as developing presentations for vendor meetings and pitches.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive and collaborative team player, open-minded and adaptable to change, with strong strategic thinking. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
