About this position

Responsibilities

• Set monthly sales targets and collaborate on departmental plans and budgets to develop departmental plans.
• Ensure the sales area of the department is well-organized at all times, check product withdrawals, arrange according to shelves and ensure Top Stock is fully stocked and in accordance with standards.
• Supervise the work of subordinates, sales of products, customer service, provide detailed product information, coordinate with relevant units, and respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in sales management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
