About this position

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing project installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, planning project duration and budget, monitoring procurement, providing work instructions, controlling project costs and schedules, handling technical developments, and preparing project reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project installations to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Plan project duration, material and equipment usage, installation work, and budget with the goal of meeting project requirements
• Monitor procurement and list up parts related to MEP projects to ensure material needs are met
• Provide work instructions and guidance to subordinates, and supervise work execution in terms of technical aspects, quality, and project duration
• Control project costs and schedules regularly to achieve cost, quality, time, and safety targets
• Handle technical developments in the field for performance improvement
• Prepare reports to superiors covering project activities, challenges, and specific issues that need to be communicated

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the same field
• Skills in Building systems, Environmental systems, Statistical Skill, Basic MEP, Budget Management
