About this position

The Area Manager in Jawa Tengah is responsible for maintaining existing projects, preventing fraud, developing people, and supporting data for payroll and invoicing. The candidate must have a background in Hospitality, Economy, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Existing Project (Visit, Coordination, Recruit employee, Trainning, Etc)
• Prevent of fraud and developing people (briefing, coaching, counselling, reward)
• Support data for paycheck & invoice (monthly report)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Hospitality, Economy or equivalent
• Have previous experience in Outsourcing Min 3 years
• At least 2 years experience to handle Team
