About this position

We are looking for a Product Development & Quality Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our product line. The candidate will have a strong background in product development, quality assurance, and olfactory evaluation, with expertise in both global and local market trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of our product line.
• Ensure product development aligns with quality assurance standards.
• Conduct olfactory evaluations and market research.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve project goals.
• Adapt to rapidly changing project priorities and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or quality assurance, ideally within the fragrance personal care, or home care industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in chemistry and product formulation.
• Experience conducting market research, panel testing, and FGDs.
• Fluency in English (proficiency certificate required); basic French is a plus.
• Knowledge of global and local industry trends and regulatory requirements (BPOM, Kemenkes, etc).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments, collaborating with multiple departments.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing project priorities, market trends, and industry shifts.
