About this position

HMM (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Outbound Documentation Staff/Senior Staff in a rapidly growing international shipping and logistics company.

Responsibilities

• Contact shippers to get S/I on time and missing data on S/I.
• Release B/L to customers.
• Submit Local Export Manifest to customs.
• Coordinate with oversea office team, Sales team and Customer Service team to solve problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in International Business, Logistics Business or related fields.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Fair command in written/spoken English.
• Computer Skills including MS office and also E-mail.
• Good communication skills and service-minded.
• Experience in Shipping Industry and knowledge in Export and Paperless program will be preferable.
