About this position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy (Thailand) Limited in Bangkok. As an Account Manager - Electric Utility (PEA, MEA, EGAT), you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our relationships with key electric utility customers. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy industry, contributing to the long-term success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned electric utility accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong, strategic partnerships
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and priorities to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Proactively identify new opportunities for expansion and growth within existing accounts
• Represent Hitachi Energy (Thailand) Limited at industry events and client meetings
• Provide regular updates and insights to management on account performance and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the electric utility or energy industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions
• Thorough understanding of the electric utility industry, including regulations, technologies, and market trends
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
