Export Trade Finance Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• You will maintain smooth daily operations for all Trade Finance instruments related activities (including Guarantee, Passive Guarantee, Import Letter of credit, Export Letter of credit) and release Bank guarantee/LC request as part of the 4-eye principle.
• You will maintain bank guarantee portfolio (new issuance, amendment, extend or pay, claims, closing, free formats) and handle the incoming bolero message.
• You will follow manual procedure in case of non-Bolero contracts and assign advised export LCs to the relevant recipients and review documents to be presented to the Bank.
• You will process and follow up for collection under Bank guarantees/LCs in our favor.
• You will be adhering to local regulations and relevant customary practices.
• You will be responsible for reconcile Banks' invoice, effect payment & allocate bank charges and support/oversight on the data quality management in TFL.
• You will advise PO/SO/Cost Center to GBS payment for booking Bank Charge regarding to BG/LC.
• You will coordinate with global ETF and Bank for acceding Trade Financing Program, manage Trade finance facility limit for BG/LC and work with Group & Bank to increase when needed and process LC discounting request and negotiate for best interest rate with Banks, complete regularly controls, monthly/quarterly Reconciliation for Guarantees, and LCs, perform required Internal Controls for GRCM and sign off as relevant.
• You will provide support under Treasury function, support Treasury cluster team on FX hedging, Loan and Cash Management activities regarding to physical documentation, local language reports and AR collection consolidation.
• You will set up Escrow Account, maintain communication and bank relationship, review Escrow Agreement, collaborating with Contract Manager and Legal, update for new opportunities with banks and review costing and compliance Reporting to Central Bank (SIMODIS).

Requirements
• You hold university degree in finance, banking, treasury management, or a related field.
• You have prior working experience in trade finance administration, advisory, and consultancy on guarantees and letters of credit.
• Certification in trade finance instruments (e.g CSDG, CDCS) would be considered advantageous.
• Proficient in UCP600, ISBP 821, URDG, and ISP.
• A proactive business attitude, knowledge, and understanding of local and regional rules and regulations, as well as the regional market environment.
