About this position

The Engineer (Technical & Training Support) is responsible for identifying training needs, developing training materials, and providing technical support to mechanics and customers in the automotive and construction machinery fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify training need and prepare training calendar.
• Develop and prepare training materials to conduct technical training courses to Mechanics and dealers.
• Assign mechanical issue task such as machine repair, maintenance and inspections to subordinate.
• Giving advance technical advisory in using machine, providing information and in-depth problem solving solution to customers.
• Support sales team to ensure the best solution for the customer.
• Support the service jobs in term of engineering.
• Provide guideline and technical information to our mechanics and customers.
• Follow up the technical problems.
• Manage on-site activities and ensure on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive and Industrial Engineering or related filed.
• New graduated are welcome.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in service and maintenance engineer in construction machinery or automotive field.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
• Good computer skill : MS Office.
• Can drive and having license certificate.
• Work location at Amphoe Nongkae, Saraburi.
• Able to work in upcountry location in Thailand.
