The production of parts and equipment of machinery used in vehicles such as Power Steering Automotive Part, Turnover steering and Shock Absorber motorcycles is expanding production capacity. About this position

The HR Manager will lead various HR functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, strategic planning, and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture and align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Leading the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to hiring decisions.
• Employee Relations: Managing employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
• Strategic Planning: Formulating HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
• Training and Development: Creating and executing training initiatives to enhance employee skills and overall performance.
• Performance Management: Establishing and administering performance evaluation systems, offering constructive feedback, and identifying avenues for growth.
• Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and health coverage.
• HR Administration: Managing administrative functions such as payroll processing, record maintenance, and upkeep of employee documentation.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Leadership and Team Management: Providing leadership to the HR team, setting targets, and fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Strategic HR Projects: Spearheading projects focusing on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's Degree in HR, Political Sciences, Public Administration or any related field.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in Human Resources (HRM) and Training and Development (HRD).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and personality skills, able to work in a team, Details and result.
• Knowledge of labor law, social security, and related laws.
