About this position

The Assistant Manager Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Control new model event and check condition machining process and CNC lathe and execute continuous.
• Improvement projects to improve production processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Conduct engineering investigations supporting rapid problem solving of quality escapes and implementation of corrective action.
• Kaizen improving activity, 5S and Loss (Muda) reduced in utilities system and promoting energy saving.
• Control schedule new and existing products in accordance with relevant engineering drawing and standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering program in Industrial engineering.
• Industrial production engineer responsible for manufacturing process.
• Control leading productivity improvements machining process.
• Check CNC lathe program of machine and drawing 5 to 10 years in Manufacturing Engineering role in CNC operations and Manufacturing.
• Expert, specialist CNC program and Autocad for maintain manufacturing process.
• Prepare Document IATF, ISO 14000.
• Safety activity near miss.
• Good command in English.
• Good personality and relationship.
