Sales Staff
About this position
The Sales Staff position involves contacting customers, preparing reports, supporting customer forecasts, following up on sales data, and supporting various activities related to sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
• Contact customers
• Prepare reports, issue and update progress including Business Plan (BP), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Seihan, and customer information
• Support customer forecast information to concerned team and update Business Plan (BP) and progress
• Support and follow up on ISO system, Safety, and other activities in THCA
• Prepare feasibility and kick off new model to APQP team
• Issue sales price and analyze event cost evaluation (Hyokakai) quotation to customers
• Follow up on sales report data every month
• Inform sales leader about job progress (Horenso)
• Control new model event parts
• Control and follow responsibilities related to customers and THCA team
• Follow company policy and procedures
• Support PU/PD, VA/VE activities
• Support and facilitate all customer visit processes
• Support 4M Chang process
• Support other assigned tasks from supervisor or manager
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in OEM sales for Automotive businesses
• Good command of written and spoken English, good personality, and well understanding (TOEIC 500+)
• Able to operate and apply computer programs and have good skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001, ISO 9000, and other standards
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing jobs with negotiation skills
• Ability to work with Horenso, be clean, and have a clan to jobs on hands
• Ability to support customers in Thailand and overseas
• Familiarity with customer software and systems
