Admin Assistant Manager
About this position
The Admin Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the company and with external agencies.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the building, housekeeper, gardener, driver.
• Supervise internal and external activities of the company.
• Coordinate with government agencies such as DBD, BOI, etc.
• Responsible for work permit, Visa.
• Responsible for the QCC project & Kaizen, 5S.
• Maintain of quality system documentation.
• Document Care Procedure & Organization.
• Prepare a risk assessment of the department.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree. If it is a major in Human resource or Administration or refile management branch, it will be a special consideration.
• Able to use computer programs Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well.
• Have personality and good human relations.
• Able to communicate in English. If you can communicate in Japanese, it will be a plus.
• Knowledge of work permit, Visa.
