About this position

The Retail Management Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail management department, enhancing team capabilities, and developing strategic plans for retail growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily management, team building and assessment of the retail management department, and improving the team's retail capabilities
• Formulated department retail development strategy, sorted out retail operation strategy and business development strategy
• Cooperated with MKT department to carry out new product GTM, daily promotion activities execution and activity effect monitoring and evaluation
• Set annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets according to the requirements of the headquarters and follow up the progress
• Core store on-site display, PSI, staff skills improvement supervision and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with well-known home appliance industry terminal retail management experience and channel management experience
• Have a deep understanding of retail management, have a keen sense of the market, timely grasp the market changes and put forward plans
• Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills
• Excellent Thai or English
