About this position
The Project Sales Manager - Home Appliances (Kitchen) is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies targeting large-scale residential projects, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to target large-scale projects in the residential both low-rise and high-rise.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by closing project deals effectively.
• Conduct presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients and project stakeholders to showcase product benefits and innovations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide consultation on product selections and specifications to project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide clients with accurate product knowledge, technical details, and solutions to meet project timelines and standards.
• Create new project pipelines to secure the company's revenue.
• Regularly provide a monthly report, specification forecast, and project pipeline as required.
• Coordinate with the team to plan the order and delivery schedule according to the project's plan.
• Monitor active projects and forecast monthly deliveries.
• Follow up the payment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Architecture or higher.
• Minimum 5 years' direct work experience in project sales, preferably within the home appliances, sanitary or building materials.
• Must have a strong relationship with developers, interior designers, and main contractors.
• Good presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of the home appliances market, including sales channels.
• Intermediate English language proficiency is required.
• Creative, flexible, attentive to details and responsible, with a can-do attitude.
• Good and effective computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
