About this position

As the Head of Marketing for Thailand in the Hisense ASEAN Region, you will be responsible for the full deployment of the marketing department's tasks and the achievement of KPIs, driving the continuous growth of the Hisense brand in the Thai market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the current 5-member team, including dedicated design, event planning, social media operations, terminal booth construction, and comprehensive management of the sub-brand Gorenje.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and daily management of new employees as the team expands, particularly in product marketing, ensuring efficient operation and coordinated development.
• Plan and execute various large and medium-scale marketing events for Hisense in Thailand, including product launches and major retail activities.
• Support the implementation of large-scale events from headquarters in Thailand, ensuring maximum brand image and market impact.
• Develop and manage the monthly market budget, ensuring reasonable allocation and efficient use of funds.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of market investments, optimizing resource allocation.
• Plan and supervise social media content, enhancing the brand's online presence in the Thai market.
• Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to develop communication strategies tailored to the local market needs.
• Develop and oversee terminal SI standards, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Manage internal design work, ensuring the quality and consistency of design outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business or related field
• Proactive, Self-motivated, Target-oriented
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a similar role: brand director, product manager or marketing director in the consumer goods industry.
• Candidates who have full working rights for Thailand only with excellent command in writing and speaking English.
