About this position

The Air Conditioner Trainer is responsible for delivering training on Hisense air conditioners, developing training materials, evaluating performance, providing sales support, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Hisense air conditioners, covering product features, technical details, installation, and troubleshooting to sales teams, retail staff, and business partners.
• Design and develop training materials tailored for the retail market, including technical knowledge, marketing strategies, and customer handling techniques.
• Create training resources such as slides, manuals, and videos to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Monitor and assess the learning outcomes of training participants.
• Prepare summary reports with recommendations for improving training processes.
• Act as a technical advisor to sales teams regarding product knowledge.
• Support promotional activities, such as product demonstrations at events or trade shows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in air conditioning technology.
• Share updated knowledge with sales teams and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in electrical engineering or related disciplines will be given special consideration).
• At least 2 years of experience in the air conditioning or consumer electronics industry, particularly in the retail sector.
• Prior experience in training or teaching is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems and the latest technology.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design and prepare training materials.
• Flexibility to work and travel to different locations.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
