About this position

The Account Receivable position involves managing customer accounts, recording transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile E-commerce customer (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok) account receivable, record collection, write off debts in the SAP.
• Record E-commerce marketing expense and follow customer to return Withholding tax.
• Responsible for Gorenje and Asko Brand customer AR.
• Credit note for offline customer return goods.
• Check and record sales policy for offline customer.
• Other work assigned by finance manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience in AR or AP.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of Degree.
• Major in Accounting or related.
• MS office (Excel, Word), SAP.
• Good command of English or Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, Responsibility and positive.
