About this position

The IT Infrastructure Officer is responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues related to information technology infrastructure, managing network systems, maintaining hardware and software, developing and maintaining security systems, managing assets, and preparing reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to information technology infrastructure
• Manage network systems
• Maintain hardware and software
• Develop and maintain security systems
• Manage assets
• Prepare reports and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a GPA of at least 2.50
• Knowledge and skills in Network and Infrastructure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in IT Support or related field is a plus
• Ability to drive and have a driver's license (car not necessary)
• Good command of English language
