Events & Outlets Sales Executive
About this position
The Events & Outlets Sales Executive is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing restaurant sales-related opportunities, maximizing revenue through in-house and hot zone sales efforts, and driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Maintain Strong contacts with F&B Manager, in order to manage daily target FB outlets.
• Must establish strong contacts with food & beverage, lifestyle and trade publications.
• In coordination with the Marketing and communication manager Plan and conduct public relations activities designed to create and maintain a favorable public image of each outlet.
• Coordinate familiarization visits and stay experiences for media; market media visits to introduce new and existing concepts.
• Evaluate media opportunities.
• Welcome and host VIP visitors to the property; working nights and weekends are required.
• Work with marketing department to create, develop and coordinate promotions and events with measurable value.
• Collaborate with marketing manager to cross-promote outlets, rooms and vice versa.
• Create and manage the content for the F&B outlets and special events social media channels.
• Represent the hotel at community and social events.
• Maintain a media activity database and monthly report.
• Maintain grow and manage the outlets database.
• Exposure all the outlets in the F&B scene in Jakarta and in Indonesia in general.
• Prepare the Marketing Plan, together with the Marketing Manager.
• In coordination with the Marketing department facilitate the production of collaterals.
• Plan and manage special events with third parties.
• Implementing and managing the loyalty program for FB Outlets.
• Managing and updating the costumer database.
