The role of the Quality Manager at Conrad Bali is critical to upholding the company's first-class reputation within the industry by ensuring that all aspects of the business meet high standards of quality.
As a Quality Manager, you will responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Implementing and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure the organization complies with relevant industry standards, regulations and quality certifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies and implement strategies to enhance quality.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standard and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up to date quality documentation, including quality of manuals, procedures and records.
• Assess potential risks to quality and implement measures to mitigate these risks.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, defects and areas for improvement.
• Be responsible for the sustainability program in the organization.
• Generate reports on quality performance and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Previous experience in quality management or a related field is essential, with several years of experience often being preferred.
• A strong understanding of quality management principles, quality standards and quality improvement.
