About this position

As a Specification Engineer, you have to provide technical support and advice to the sales team on all available products, consistent with the company’s objectives and marketing strategy. The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and educate assigned customers on Hilti’s products, software, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to the sales team on all available products, consistent with the company’s objectives and marketing strategy.
• Produce calculations for Hilti fixings in accordance with local regulations and follow quality system procedures.
• Develop specifiers visit plan and build up project pipeline with spec-in work.
• Organize technical training and seminars for specifiers and end-customers.
• Provide technical advice to architects and engineers in order to secure specifications early in the design process.
• Responsible for key project specification of Hilti products, software and services, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of Hilti solutions.

Requirements

• Holding minimum bachelor's degree in civil / mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Engineer in structural consultant/ contractor.
• An agile approach to solving problems.
• Strong communication skills, both in Bahasa & English.
• Willing to work with high mobility as Field-based team.
• Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed.
• Open for working placement all across Indonesia region.
