HR Specialist
About this position
The HR Specialist will provide daily HR guidance, analyze HR trends, resolve employee relations issues, and work to improve workplace relationships and productivity.
Responsibilities
• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyzing trends and metrics in HR
• Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Manage daily operation as assigned
Requirements
• Thai
• 3-5 Years’ experience in a Multi-Cultural environment or similar environment.
• Prior working knowledge in automotive industry is a plus.
• Substantial experience in a generalist human resource management role and/or as an HR business partner role, including experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy development, recruitment, performance management and appraisals, learning and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, Staff engagement and exit processes
• Good oral and written communication
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills
• Enjoy being independent and challenges
