About this position
The HR Senior/Junior position involves providing daily HR guidance, analyzing HR trends, resolving employee relations issues, and managing daily operations while working closely with management and employees to enhance workplace relationships and productivity.
Responsibilities
• Working with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyzing trends and metrics in HR
• Resolving employee relations issues and address grievances
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Manage daily operation as assigned
Requirements
• Candidates with full working rights for Thailand
• 1-2 years of experience in a diverse environment or similar environment
• Prior working knowledge in automotive industry is a plus but not necessary
• Fair experience in a generalist human resource management role and/or as an HR business partner role, including experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy development, recruitment, performance management and appraisals, learning and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, Staff engagement and exit processes
• Good at public speaking and possess self-confident
• Enjoy being independent and challenges
