About this position

The Service Engineer position involves providing technical support and solutions in the after-sales service field, particularly in hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Joint with dealers for solve the technical trouble.
• Get complain and find corrective action from customers/dealers.
• Summary cost and warranty report.
• Recommend the spare parts for machine.
• Support concerns information to others department.
• To issue service bulletin.
• To advice dealers update technical and parts related information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 0-5 years’ experience in After sales service field or technical background.
• Technical background especially in after sales service/repair in hydraulic, vehicle electric and controls or mechanical engineering will be an advantage.
• Experience in construction machinery, machinery servicing and hydraulic servicing.
• The successful candidate will be fluent in English language, proficient in using the MS Office and be service minded and mature.
• Strong communication with the persons in organization and customers.
• Special skill in hydraulic, vehicle electric, and pneumatic system will be considered.
• Able to traveling oversea under pressure.
• TOEIC 500 up.
