QA Engineer

The QA Engineer position involves ensuring part quality through communication with customers and internal teams, conducting root cause analysis, and monitoring plant quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer and internal for part quality.
• Single channel for customer request and quality claim.
• Follow-up root cause analysis and countermeasure with team and submit to customer.
• Track and monitor plant quality performance for all customers.
• Supplier improvement such as claim, Quality evaluation, Initial Parts control, 8D Report, incoming Inspection Control and communicate with both local and oversea Suppliers.
• Good command in English (be able to communicate) and computer skill.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
• Have Experience in SQA, SQE Incoming Inspection Control, Supplier claim, Supplier Audit more than 3 years.
• Can use Measuring tools such as CMM and other.
• Have Knowledge ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949 would be advantage.
• English Communicate good (TOEIC 450 up).
• Good in MS-Office, Email Outlook (If using Power BI will be an advantage.
