Trade Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• MT-channel development plan to achieve company target and objectives (Sales Target, Market share, Budget etc.)
• Manage and monitor monthly sales performance and promotion activity expenses.
• Analyze key business driver, key detractor, promotion effectiveness to support channel business development.
• Work closely with MT sales team to develop monthly/yearly activities and promotion plan.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in trade marketing, channel development and sales/ key account in FMCG industry.
• An analytical mind with strategic ability, Good in using Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work with people of different mindsets, resilient and perform well under pressure.
