About this position
Responsibilities
•Lead category strategy development & guideline and Co-developed innovation launch with marketing team since campaign development, financial P&L, channels & activation plan
•Provide a detailed analysis of actual sales vs forecast result and propose the rolling channel or action plans
•Monitor execution of trade promotion and NPD launches and conduct a post evaluation
•Consolidate demand forecasting by coordinating with the sales team
•Manage and control trade spending
•Develop POSMs according to a national trade and consumer promotion plan
Requirements
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in job related field
•At least 5 years of trade marketing, category analyst or FMCG environment experiences will be advantage
•An analytical mind with strategic ability
•Good in using Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word)
•Excellent presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills
•Strong collaboration and communication skills
