About this position

The Cashier AR/AP position involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Issue documents related to AR and AP activities such as Receipt/Tax Invoice & Withholding Tax.
• Review and request daily payments, record the A/P entry in Express Accounting program.
• Make submit payment transaction on bank website.
• Make a Daily bank reconcile Statement.
• Coordinate with vendors and follow-up payment.
• Employee reimbursement matters.
• Prepare relevant financial documents monthly to account for third-party service companies.
• Prepare documentation to customers and suppliers regarding payments(Receipt) & WHT.

Requirements

• Candidate must be university graduate Major in Accounting.
• Fair communication in English or Chinese both writing and speaking.
• Experience with Expess system would be advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, Taxation Standards and relevant statutory requirement would be advantage.
• Proactive, positive attitude, willing to learn and hard working.
