HR Specialist (Recruit & GA)
About this position
The HR Specialist (Recruit & GA) is responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel in alignment with the company's policies and goals, while also managing various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel to be in accordance with the company's policies and goals.
• Planning the recruitment according to the manpower plan.
• Summary recruitment reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Collaborate closely with manager level and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Management of job advertisements, ensuring accuracy and attract the right talent.
• Admin function to handle cleaner, gardener, transportation, stationery etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Supervisor level.
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
