About this position

The AR Accountant is responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and collections, and preparing various financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Release sales invoice in SAP system.
• Maintaining accounts receivable and records in SAP system.
• Coordinate with other functions to ensure billings are issued timely and collections are received promptly.
• Monitor customer account details for delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Generate statements and reports detail accounts receivable status.
• Prepare monthly sales report and performing account reconciliations.
• Prepare output VAT report and reconciliation.
• Prepare AR aging report and TEL report.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Other assignment assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Good command in English both written and communication.
• Able to work under pressure, good relationship.
• High responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline and positive thinking.
• Good skills in MS office and Computer literate and familiar with SAP Software.
