About this position

The Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing and implementing quality standards for products or services, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and overseeing the quality assurance team.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services including system overall
• Monitoring quality testing and identifying in the testing
• Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Overseeing the quality assurance team
• Training other employees on quality procedures and regulation
• Prepare quality reports and documentation
• Following Collecting and analyzing quality assurance all data
• Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferable
• Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality
• Certification programs in Quality Improvement associate, quality auditor, and quality engineer (If any)
• Experience: 3-5 years up of experience in quality assurance roles or related fields are generally necessary.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding relevant industry-specific regulations and standards (such as ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 etc.) is essential to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
