About this position

The position involves managing the warehouse operations for raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the factory’s raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse.
• Find a local third-party logistics service company that meets your needs.
• Receive domestic and foreign raw materials and goods, and coordinate the delivery of finished products from Thai factories to global customers through logistics companies.
• Establish and maintain a warehousing and logistics management system to ensure consistent accounting and actual work processes such as daily receipt, storage, and delivery.
• Continuously improve and maintain the 6S standards on the warehouse site.
• Continuously optimize warehousing and logistics processes, reduce operating costs, and prevent and reduce inventory.

Requirements

• College degree or above, majoring in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transportation, procurement and other related fields, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Applicants with experience in operating ERP systems will be given priority.
• Have excellent Chinese or English skills.
• Proficient in operating Office software (Excel, Word).
• Have good moral character and professional quality, work rigorously and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, have high stress resistance and excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to adapt to business trips or working abroad.
