About this position

The Trainee Operator position involves providing operative support for customer projects, ensuring effective communication and technical assistance throughout various stages of project execution.

Responsibilities

• Operative support of customer projects with Herrenknecht expertise before initial commissioning, during the project and before re-use.
• Definition of spare parts on the basis of the available systems in the subsidiary.
• Technical interface with HAT service personnel.
• Preparation of jobsite reports.
• Troubleshooting of projects.
• Customer trainings for Herrenknecht equipment at the customers plant and on jobsites.
• Support assemblies and commissioning of HK equipment in the HK Workshop when no jobsites are available.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.
• At least 1 years experience.
• Good command of English language, written and spoken, any other would be advantageous internal auditor preferable.
• Computer knowledge: MS Office / Web access.
• Sense of urgency & able to work independently.
• Able to work in a multi-tasking international environment.
• Willing to work in a multi-national environment and to travel as required.
• Pronounced service attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
