About this position

The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory data, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations while supporting the company's logistics strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Overseas Suppliers, Overseas Production team to manage shipment smooth as silk.
• Good Understanding XML, Excel and SAP IM, Free Zone report system.
• Manage to incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipment.
• Good understanding of Customs knowledge Import/Export Thailand and other Privilege of Thailand e.g. Free Zone, FTA etc.
• Ensure all Free Zone inventory data are handled correctly and accurately in the system.
• Company stock reconcile with physical & customs data compare with SAP IM & report system.
• Team Spirit and commit with HK2027 strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Science Program, Statistics, Logistics engineer, Supply Chain & logistics management or a related field.
• 3 Years above of working experience as Logistics.
• Fluent English Language & Thai. Any German or Chinese language is advantage.
• Expert to analysis the logistics data from several systems.
• Knowledge and skill in Free Zone inventory control and warehouse management to reconcile data with Customs by Excel.
• Experience with SAP systems & Free Zone report system.
