About this position

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production plans, machinery usage, and manpower efficiency to ensure maximum productivity. They will also be in charge of controlling and supervising production processes to ensure high efficiency, as well as maintaining cleanliness and efficiency of machinery in the department. Additionally, they will review and support quality management systems, supervise and train subordinate staff, and coordinate with relevant departments within the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production plans, machinery usage, and manpower efficiency for maximum productivity.
• Control and supervise production processes to ensure high efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of machinery in the department, and arrange for repairs when necessary.
• Review and support quality management systems.
• Supervise and train subordinate staff to ensure correct and safe work practices.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments within the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors and comply with relevant standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Able to work 6 days per week, night shifts, and overtime.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Understanding of production processes and components.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in an industrial plant.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in food or beverage production plants is a plus.
