The Maintenance Engineer Supervisor is responsible for managing the engineering department to achieve KPIs, controlling monthly and yearly PM tasks, improving efficiency, controlling expenses, reducing breakdowns, and supporting projects and quality control systems.
Responsibilities
• Manage the engineering department to achieve KPIs
• Control monthly and yearly PM tasks and make improvements
• Supervise the work of maintenance technicians to ensure efficiency and development
• Control expenses in the engineering department and manage tool usage effectively
• Reduce breakdowns of machinery in the production process
• Support projects and quality control systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or related work
• Ability to manage a large team of technicians, high level of responsibility, honesty, and commitment to company benefits
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to lead the team to achieve set goals
• Proficiency in using ERP and working under BRC, HACCP systems
• Experience in managing PM tasks for UHT milk production machinery is a plus
