About this position

Position of HR Supervisor at Bang Torat branch involves overseeing housekeeping and administrative tasks, managing employee travel and accommodation, ensuring workplace safety and health, organizing company events, coordinating with external agencies, recruiting and interviewing staff, coordinating training and development, preparing reports and evaluations, and other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan subordinate development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of international labor laws
• Experience in food or beverage production facilities is a plus
