Key Account Executive
About this position
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing export shipments, coordinating with various teams and customers, and ensuring smooth export operations while developing new customer projects.
Responsibilities
• Managing and organizing export shipment of finished products to customers from various origins such as Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia.
• Manage import/Export order processing through effective communication/coordination with oversea colleagues and customers.
• Communicating with customers for new demands requested.
• Doing Export Monthly Report and forecast report of each customer under account on behalf.
• Coordinating and negotiating with all internal parties and external parties such as warehouse team, production team, carrier, freight forwarder, customs teams, transportation company to ensure the organize shipment flow, issues resolution, and performance improvement according to company policies.
• Documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, export documents to over sea branch/customer following Thailand law and regulation such as Thai Chamber, Department of Foreign trade etc.
• Being responsible to ensure successful export operations with proactively troubleshooting to meet the company goals.
• Monitoring to maintain export process smoothly flowing and efficiently in a timely manner.
• Developing new packaging with customer and coordinate with Purchasing team.
• Coordinating with the Accounting Department for issuing the necessary documentation: Invoices, Packing Lists, etc. or any document for the terms of payment.
• To handle customer complaints and assist in handling daily communications and correspondence to external customers.
• Seeking opportunities to save costs or increase revenue for the company.
• Ability to work as team. Participation and sharing knowledge within team to standardize and improve working processes to be able to achieve the target goal.
• Be responsible for new customer development projects based on request.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business administration, International Trade, Logistics/ Supply Chain background or in any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in importing/exporting business to foreign countries, international logistics, customs and international trade in a supervisor or above level.
• Knowledge and experience in Agriculture Industry and international company is preferable.
• Professional attitude and proactive.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to influence and motivate others through personal examples.
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills in normal and emergency case.
• Strong teamwork spirit to support any critical need.
• Capable of handling multiple high-pressure tasks.
• Detailed and well-organized.
• Proficiency in using MS office application is a must. Knowledge and experience in SAP is preferable.
