Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of seminars and technical support, Product and technical Seminars in Ask Academy and Up-countries, in-salon training, and stage work
• Testing of products for our new products launch and the products that related.
• Technical complaints and problem-handling hotline
• Sales and employee training
• Marketing and sales
• Conduct training session: in-salon training, in studio training (Ask Academy, Salon Workshop, wholesales workshop for Bangkok and Up-countries (up-on schedule and plan)
• Maintaining training documentation. A trainer needs to preserve important documents such as attendance records, training materials, learner evaluations, and follow up the training
• Develop training materials. Prepare training materials on various topics, for both the classroom training E-learning platform
• Performance tracking and evaluation of participants (hairdressers or internal staff (new hire) and PC teams
• Work with salon and partner hairdressers to deliver customers to understand the best use of our products and create good professional relationship to continue customers business with our company

Requirements

• High vocational or Degree in any related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Salon & Retail including minimum 3 years’ experience as a Trainer, ideally in salon or a skincare and/ or cosmetic retail environment (Hairdressing is preferred)
• Core hairdressing skills: Hair Color, Hair Care, Form, Finish & Merchandising
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited. Computer skills - Microsoft words, Microsoft excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Team, VDO record software/applications is a must.
• Ability to do short VDO clips for social media and using mobile to record before and after photos of models for education purpose (for color formula, type of perm lotion and ratio)
