About this position

Hebe Beauty Style is seeking a Senior KOL Specialist to identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance brand awareness and market influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Plan and execute video content, livestream strategies, and campaigns.
• Analyze and optimize KOL performance and campaign ROI.
• Negotiate contracts with KOLs and manage deliverables.
• Stay updated on trends, platforms, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2+ year of KOL marketing experience, preferably from beauty/skincare industries.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube trends, and algorithms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media insights.
• Full WFO (Monday – Friday, 08.30 - 17.30)
