About this position
Responsibilities
• Strategy Development Support: Collaborate with the Hub Lead to co-develop product and marketing strategies, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned with business objectives.
• Execution Leadership: Oversee the implementation of strategies, guiding the Product Marketing and Product Development teams to deliver high-quality, timely results.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the Global Vice President office and Product Development team to align product innovation, timelines, and goals, partner with Country Brand Teams to adapt strategies for local market needs, ensuring alignment with the Hub’s vision and adjusting as necessary.
• Team Leadership and Growth: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Product Marketing and Product Development Specialists to achieve their full potential, Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Execution Excellence: Maintain strong attention to detail and business acumen to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and product development within the beauty industry, with a preference for skincare.
• Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but optional.
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and correspondence skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beauty products and trends, with a strong enthusiasm for skincare.
• Proactive in adjusting strategies to meet dynamic business and market demands.
• Able to work full-time onsite at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
