About this position

The Management Trainee Sales position is designed for individuals eager to develop their sales skills and leadership abilities through structured training and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions arranged by company to ensure basic knowledge and abilities
• Ensure sales in various positions working from bottom up with various methods, such as events or promotions
• Coordinate with various parties from both external and internal departments to ensure sales achievement and multiple project goals
• Prepared to lead a team with good leadership ability

Requirements

• Minimum S1 Bachelor Degree (majoring in Business Administration, International Relations, Business Economics, Management is preferred)
• Has working experience or intern experience is a plus; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Communicative, like challenge, eager to learn, good analytical skill
• Interest in Sales
• Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Willing to relocated across Indonesia
